SSC Combined Graduate Level T1 - 2018

This course is designed to assist candidates preparing for the SSC – CGL Tier 1 Exam.   The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) conducts combined Graduate Level (CGL) competitive exam which is conducted in three stages.  The Examination can be divided into 3 tiers, which are:-

  • Combined Graduate Level (Preliminary) Examination (Tier-1)
  • Combined Graduate Level (Main) Examination (Tier-2)
  • Personality Test/Interview

Tier-1 of the combined level examination is common for all post categories and is held in one session.  This examination covers the following subjects:

  1. General Intelligence & Reasoning
  2. General Awareness
  3. Numerical Aptitude
  4. English Comprehension

Tier-2 of the combined level examination varies based on the categories of posts.   Depending on the category of posts they are applying for, candidates may have to take one, two or three of the following papers:

  1. English Comprehension
  2. Arithmetical Ability
  3. Commerce / Statistics / Economics
